I stop here almost every weekend on our way home. I always see workers around but no one really helps. I recently bought more flowers that all died in 2 weeks.I experienced the same thing last year but thought it may have just been an issue with the plant I purchased. Well this year it was the same thing I purchased a pretty expensive hanging basket it looked great for a week then all the flowers started coming off. I gave it nutrients fed it . I have a plant now with not a single flower. Also when I purchased it had blacking and shocked leaves like it had been pumped with nutrients to flower I should’ve taken that as a sign to not buy it . I guess if you only need them to last 2 weeks it’s fine but I like to see my flowers all summer. It’s been 3 weeks now so I’m not gonna bother taking it back but I don’t think I’ll stop here again . I had better luck with plants from big box stores

Mealy bug infestation. Do not shop here. I spent hundreds of dollars this spring to revive my indoor plant collection only to throw most of them away because of mealy bugs. All of the bottom plants in the cart were filled with bugs. It’s my fault for not checking with a microscope because I got excited and they do carry a nice selection but will not be returning here.

Do not support this unscrupulous business! The son Paul is a rude and obnoxious individual. He should NEVER speak with customers as he does not know how to be respectful. I purchased 2 Thunder Cloud plum trees from him for $800 that were dug out of the ground and looked normal. They lasted one week at my home. It took two weeks to get Paul out to my home to look at how quickly they deteriorated and died. After emailing and staying on top of the situation I finally got Paul to come out and look at the trees. Naturally it was my fault that they were not transported properly to my home. What?? Not the fact that he should never have sold me or anyone these trees after they flowered this spring and were deeply rooted on his property for 2 years. He reluctantly agreed to replace them with two of the same trees. Well here we are again one week later and the replacement trees are also now dead! I had an arborist come out and inspect the trees and determined that on each occurrence the unqualified nursery staff butchered the established mature root balls and they never had a chance to survive specifically after they have been in the ground for 2 years. STAY AWAY!!!!

If you haven’t been to L B Forcellati’s and Sons, then you need to. As a customer for over 30 years, I cannot say enough. Mr. And Mrs.Forcellati and Paul who have literally put their blood, sweat and tears into running this business and have always been very kind, helpful and fair in every transaction I’ve had!!!! As a landscaper I am in there a lot, and every employee has been available and excellent to deal with. Their work ethic is admirable, and everyone knows their business very well. The yard guys and cashiers are on it!!! Most important though for me is the greenhouse and the woman that run it. Anna and her crew are the sweetest, most talented , kind and hardworking like nobody could even imagine!!!!! This is a very grueling, backbreaking business to run, and they do it so well. They all deserve nothing but the upmost respect!!! …. And anyone who very flippantly says or acts otherwise , well that’s just ignorance at its finest!!!!! Lizbeth

I’m writing this review while still at the location after being treated in a very disappointing and disrespectful way. The place itself is beautiful, well maintained, and full of great plants and flowers, but unfortunately the customer service and management attitude completely ruined the experience. I asked for help creating a mixed flower pot, and a lady named Anna was assigned to assist me. She selected some flowers, and when I politely asked if one of them could be changed, she became visibly upset, threw the small pots onto the table, and said, “I don’t care, you choose.” I calmly asked her not to react with such attitude, but instead she walked away and spoke to the manager. When the manager came over, instead of listening to what had happened, she immediately defended the employee by saying she had worked there for 20 years without issues. All I asked for was to change one flower while making my selection. A situation that should have been simple turned into a very uncomfortable experience. Beautiful place, but extremely disappointing customer service and management.
